This Chocolat Liqueur is made macerating Cocoa Beans in alcohol.
Over a period of many months the alcohol dissolves the flavour of the cocoa beans. After about 8 months the extract is separated from the cocoa beans. Which is then combined with an extract of Bourbon Vanilla pods, sugar and a *** Cognac. We use a substantially larger amount of cocoa beans to achieve the rich flavour of Dark Chocolat. A liqueur for those who loves chocolate.
Our liqueurs contain no added fragrances, colors and flavors.
