Rye Genever 1YO
This very special genever combines the spiciness of the RYE grain mixed with fresh flavors of the juniper, licorice and aniseed.
The rye spirit is then triple distilled in a small pot still from a 100% Rye grain mash. The new rye spirit is aged in new American oak barrels for a minimum of one year. After that period of time, the botanicals are added before reduction to a drinking strength.
