Spelt Genever 1YO
This very special genever combines the spiciness of the Spelt grain mixed with fresh flavors of the juniper, licorice and aniseed.
The spelt spirit is then triple distilled in a small pot still from a 100% Spelt grain mash. The new Spelt spirit is aged in new American oak barrels for a minimum of one year. After that period of time, the botanicals are added before reduction to a drinking strength.
